Our customers have been appreciating this approach for a long time now.
With each new project, the customer is firstly put into direct contact with our staff from the Sales department. From the moment a contract agreement is signed, the project manager becomes the customer's main contact person and is responsible for the project all the way to its successful conclusion and beyond. Internally, the project manager coordinates the duties and requirements of the various departments within HOF for the duration of the project.
