Liability for content

The contents of this site have been compiled with the greatest care. However, we cannot accept any liability for the accuracy, completeness or actuality of the contents. In accordance with Section 7, Para. 1 of the TMG (German Broadcast Media Act), we, as a services provider, are responsible for our own contents on this site under general legal regulations. However, according to Sections 8 to 10 of the TMG, service providers are under no obligation to monitor outside information transmitted or saved, or to inquire into any circumstances which might indicate any illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the usage of information under general legal regulations remain unaffected. However, any relevant liability may only come into effect from the time that we become aware of any actual legal offence. Upon becoming aware of any such legal offences, we will remove the relevant contents immediately.

Liability for links

Our website contains links to external websites operated by third parties, over whose contents we have no control. We can therefore accept no liability for the contents of such outside websites. The relevant provider or operator is solely responsible for the contents of such linked websites. Linked websites were checked for possible legal infringements at the time of creation of the link. There were no identifiable illegal contents at the time of creation of the link. Permanent checking of the contents of linked websites is however unreasonable without firm suspicion of any legal infringement. On becoming aware of any such legal infringement, we will remove such links immediately.

Data protection declaration for the use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, an Internet analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files which are saved on your computer and which allow an analysis of your visits to the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA, where it is saved. In case IP anonymization is activated on the website, your IP address shall be shortened by Google beforehand within European Union Member States and in other contracting states of the Treaty on the European Economic Area.

Only under exceptional circumstances shall the full IP address be sent by Google to a server in the USA and shortened there.
